Grief and Loss Coaching

Grief and loss will probably impact us all at some point in life. A life changing event, or significant diagnosis that will impact your health and life as you know it is also something that creates grief or loss.

Grief, loss and significant events can affect our:

  • wellbeing
  • confidence and self esteem
  • energy levels
  • stress levels
  • cognitive functioning

Grief and loss may not ‘pass’, nor may we ‘get over it’. As one person put it, “the hole doesn’t get smaller, the word just gets bigger around us.” What a fitting sentiment.

I am here to let you know that you can certainly continue living after loss. There may be questions that can never be answered, there may be the mourning of never again having what was before. Life can go on and it is possible to find the strength to continue – one hour, one day at a time.
