Stress and anxiety are two words that feature more and more in everyday vocabulary. Between life pressures and a pandemic where fear has been the tool utilised to communicate with the public, we have noticed a significant increase in mental health problems relating to stress and anxiety. Helping people to manage and control stress and anxiety is now one of the number one reasons people come to see me.

What if you could have more confidence, if you believed in yourself more. What would you be able to do then. I have helped many people to be more confident, to believe in themselves more.

A friend asked recently how I go about facing a challenge that is not of my making. He was looking for a strategy to help himself through something. We all have unwanted habits or behaviours that we would like to change.

Often, we can get focussed on one area of our life and before we know it, other areas of life important to us are not being fulfilled. Or perhaps, you want more balance in your life. Without focus or balance it is easy to begin to feel unfulfilled or trapped.

What would be different about your life if you overcame a fear or phobia you might have? It could mean that you can do something quite outgoing, something that you have always wanted to do if it weren’t for the fear.
