Leadership Training Course

This two-day workplace workshop was developed originally by request and targets upcoming leaders, team leaders and newly appointed leaders. It is interactive with participants and includes looking outside of the workshop itself and into the area where they work.

Leadership is not a rank. It’s an approach.


This workshop includes

  • What is leadership and the different styles of leadership
  • Principles of communication
  • Knowing your preferred style of communication and noticing others
  • Building rapport and creating connection
  • Asking questions and facilitating solutions
  • Accountability
  • With some practical methods of
    • crafting and communicating your vision
    • Working techniques to find solutions

There is time made available for questions and discussion as well.

All workshops can be tailored to suit your own requirements and can include one-to-one coaching sessions for participants outside of the workshop. They can also be adapted to suit groups rather than business models.
